Travel Planning for the Future
The past, present and future of travel planning is to be analysed in a report commissioned by the DfT by the Loughborough University Transport Studies Group.
The Loughborough Universitiy Transport Studies Group will interview experts and organise focus groups to produce "A Possible Blueprint for Mainstreaming Travel Plans in the UK". The project forms part of the National Business Travel Network's research programme. DfT intends to use the research to "take stock" of how travel plans have developed so far and predict how travel policy may develop in the future.
